Acai A1 is a pretty simple product. The ads are simple, and I feel like I’ve reviewed this product before, because I’ve seen this kind of advertising a million times before! Every acai product has a flashy banner, makes the same kinds of statements, etc. such as:

*Reduce fatigue, gas, and bloating
*Your friends will be so jealous
*Hollywood’s hottest diet
*Feel healthy and vibrant
*Lose unwanted weight
*Boost energy levels

All that and all because of acai?!?!?! Nope. I searched around through every site I could think of, and the only ingredients list I found was made up of 800mg acai, vitamin B complex, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and fiber, all of which are essential to a healthy body, but none of which actually fight excess weight or fat. You won’t find this ingredients list on the Acai A1 site.

Once again, I stress the simplicity of this review and this product. Acai does not burn fat or fight excess weight. Acai products focus on an ingredient that has never been proven to have any weight loss related benefits. In fact, when tested in rats fed a high fat diet, acai made no measureable difference, and it did not fight metabolic syndrome.

I have seen successful diet pills that happen to use acai. But an acai diet pill is something else. Acai should never be a “key ingredient” in any diet pill. It’s just another waste of time and money, and it will only end up disappointing users.

Some acai products may also cause side effects like headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, facial flushing, insomnia, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, an elevated heartbeat, drowsiness, dry mouth, an elevated heartbeat, low sodium, increased blood sugar, increased cholesterol, rash, joint disorders, gout, impotence in men, menstrual irregularities, and breast enlargement in men, vomiting, stomach cramping, bloody stool, severe cramping, pain, weakness, dizziness, unusual tiredness, rectal bleeding, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness, dizziness, excitability, headaches, loss of appetite, nausea, rash, hives, difficulty breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue, difficulty urinating, fast or irregular heartbeat, and other symptoms of allergic reaction. But there’s no way to really tell, because products like Acai A1 do not have a full ingredients list.
