With so many pre-workout supplements claiming to be the most intense formula anyone has ever seen, it is easy to overlook products like Adrenol8 that claim to be so strong that your body will barely be able to handle them.
Adrenol8 promises to only have ingredients in their “maximal amounts” and to be too strong for kids to use. While we can’t completely refute Adrenol8 without looking at its ingredients, we definitely have our doubts that this product will be as great as it is supposed to be.
However, because there actually some pre-workout supplements out there that are more than just exaggerated claims, we decided to take a closer look at Adrenol8 to see if it could be more than a hyperbole.
The Good
Fortunately, Adrenol8 has a solid approach to enhancing your workouts by promising to boost the amount of nitric oxide you have in your body.
Nitric oxide acts as a vasodilator and allows more blood to flow more freely through your veins, meaning that more nutrients and oxygen are able to flow from your heart to your muscles as you’re working out.
Because nitric oxide undoubtedly has a positive effect on your workout, many pre-workout supplements try to increase your amounts of this powerful molecule, however many fail miserably.
We decided to take a look at Adrenol8’s ingredients to see if it could rise to the challenge.
The Bad
Unfortunately, we didn’t see anything in Adrenol8’s formula that suggested this product would really be able to increase nitric oxide. Instead, we saw that Adrenol8 claims two different types of the amino acid Arginine will do the trick.
Even though people once thought that a higher level of Arginine would increase the amount of nitric oxide in your body, recent research has proven this idea wrong.
In fact, one study revealed that Arginine not only didn’t widen the blood vessels of participants who were recovering from heart attacks, but it actually impeded blood flow and caused 6 participants to die.
However, if you’re not a recovering heart attack victim, the worst side effect you might have to deal with is an increased urge to urinate.
The Skinny
Although we decided to give Adrenol8 a chance, we don’t think that this pre-workout supplement deserves the same courtesy from you. There are many other products out there that will go much further toward enhancing your workout than Adrenol8.
