Advocare Carb-Ease is one of a growing number of carb blockers, all meant to help you to get going and get better results with a low carb diet! It is made up of a few select “carb blocking” compounds, which the makers of Advocare Carb-Ease say are clinically proven!

The first ingredient in the Advocare Carb-Ease blend is green tea, which isn’t a carb blocker. Actually, it’s a fat burner, which does not require that you follow a low carb diet plan, only a healthy one. Hundreds of successful clinical studies have proven that green tea works! So there’s no reason why Advocare Carb-Ease shouldn’t be advertised as a fat burner, right?

That’s what you would think. But green tea, like anything else, has been tested using specific doses, which you guessed it, Advocare Carb-Ease does not use. Advocare Carb-Ease doesn’t even bother listing the amounts used, which is typical. Most products try to hide individual amounts, because most products like Advocare Carb-Ease hope you just won’t ask.

Even in these small amounts, green tea and therefore Advocare Carb-Ease can still cause side effects. It can lead to headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, facial flushing, insomnia, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and an elevated heartbeat. But weight loss is unlikely, and carb blocking is not going to happen.

The other ingredients in Advocare Carb-Ease are useless if you’re trying to shed away excess pounds. Gymnema sylvestre for example does have its benefits. But it’s no carb blocker.

The Bottom Line

I’ve reviewed a lot of products, and I’ve found that Advocare Carb-Ease is just not that great. I’ve actually reviewed quite a few carb blockers specifically, and I have had cause to say that some of them could be effective. But Advocare Carb-Ease is just not one of them.

No Guarantee

I can personally guarantee that you won’t lose more weight by using Advocare Carb-Ease. But Advocare Carb-Ease itself does not offer a money back guarantee, or at least not one that I could find, which isn’t particularly surprising. Offering any reasonable money back guarantee would bankrupt Advocare.
