All-American EFX Nytric EFX Pro is a pre-workout supplement that increases natural Nitric Oxide production in the body. The take EFX goes is by emphasizing the important of decreased arginine rapidity, slowing down arginine assimilation for ideal results. With so many N.O. products in the sports nutrition industry, EFX’ claims that their approach is unique, will they stack up?

On The Label

Dextro-Cyclodized AKG 1g
Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate — works as a vasodilator/nitric oxide booster.
Cycloamylose — works as a shuttle for proteins.

AKG Amplifying Matrix 2mg
Di-Calcium Phosphate — maintains tablet insolubility (for slow release of arginine).
L-Citrulline — a blood vessel relaxant.
Rutacarpine — can stimulate vaso-dilation and nitric oxide production.
Vanadyl Sulfate — has insulin mimicking capabilities and is elemental in development of tissues.
Chromium — inconclusive evidence that this takes any significant biological role in the body.

This supplement is produced in tablet form, which is why it acts as a slow-release product. On the bottle it says you take only three tablets a day because of its high-concentration.

Our Take

This product has received mediocre reviews at best, and most customers have seen little to no results using this product. Arginine hasn’t been scientifically proven to actually increase short-term levels of nitric oxide in athletes, and works as a vasodilator at best. Customers have literally gone through entire bottles and seen no results. We would strongly advise athletes to look elsewhere for their pre-workout supplement needs, with a more holistic blend of nutrients to truly validate results. With such a low dose of arginine, you are sure to not feel the “pump” you seek. It is an inexpensive product, so we guess that if you do want do try and vaso-dilator, perhaps this one would be worth your time. So far as we can tell–customers are always right, and reviews speak louder than advertising.
