All American EFX Nytric EFX Pro
Nytric EFX Pro is a pre-workout supplement (of sorts) developed by a company called All American EFX. Its main function is to amplify vascularity and provide satisfying pumps. This is the aim of many pre-workout supplements but Nytric EFX Pro goes about it differently by offering its ingredients in the form of tablet as opposed to a mix. Pump boosting tablets aren’t nearly as prevalent as powders. Is that because they aren’t as effective?
Ingredients
Nytric EFX Pro definitely has the ingredients to provide pumps. Four ingredients in particular really do a good job of it. These include Arginine-AKG, L-Citrulline, Rutacarpine, and Vanadyl Sulfate. All of these have been shown to help nitric oxide levels in the body. Nitric oxide is a gas known to trigger a relaxing effect on veins. When arterial walls come into contact with nitric oxide, blood vessels expand and widen. The result is that more blood is channeled into muscles. With more blood, muscles begin to swell, providing that “pump” sensation bodybuilders are drawn to. More blood also gives muscles more nutrients to maximize performance and aid recovery and healing.
Time Release Disadvantage
Nytric EFX Pro’s time release formula will help sustain higher levels of nitric oxide throughout the day, but is that really useful? By giving your body its ingredients slowly through the day, less of its contents overall are actually being used during your training. Having higher nitric oxide content in your blood is really only beneficial during workouts. This is why a powder might work better. A mix will dump all its ingredients at once, making sure you get them at the moment you can make the most use of them- DURING YOUR WORKOUT!
Conclusion
Nytric EFX Pro is priced similarly to most basic pre-workout powders. However, we’ve seen many of these powders contain many helpful secondary ingredients that Nytric EFX Pro doesn’t have. Several supplements we know go for about the same price but they also include muscle builders like Creatine and Beta-Alanine, and energy boosters like 1,3 Dimethylamylamine. These will yield more comprehensive benefits than just a basic pump. We recommend trying a more versatile product.
