We are profiling this supplement. We have to admit, it’s a bit of a relief someone has left out the Arginine in this mix, that is so old-school.
So, aside from Sugar being listed as the first active ingredient, AlphaFury’s GlycoCarn is a mix of glycine propionyl and L-carnitine or GPLC, which increase energy, and enhance recovery. The high dose of antioxidants can boost metabolism. Glucuronolactone works as a precursor to Vitamin C, elemental in joint repair.
ENERGY
Caffeine (as Guarana) gives you a bump in energy and mood but wears off fairly quick–just prepare yourself.
BETA ALANINE–The New Creatine
