Anabolic Halo is a muscle enhancing, post-workout drink from MuscleTech. It’s filled with vitamins, all natural extracts, amino acids, creatine and other compounds to offer a “multi-platformed” system of muscle growth. One of its biggest selling points is that it is base on Cryogenic Thermomolecular Technology. But don’t be sucked into thinking that this manufacturing technique really matters. The cryogenic mumbojumbo basically means is that some of the ingredients were frozen together. So while Anabolic Halo tries to distract you with their interesting production methods, we want to help you get the truth about this new supplement.

Ingredients & How Anabolic Halo Works

Using over 70 ingredients, Anabolic Halo attempts to build muscle in 6 different ways. First, Anabolic Halo claims to trigger the growth of new androgen receptors, meaning that your muscles can take in more testosterone and build faster. Second, Anabolic Halo supposedly manipulates insulin to increase the size of muscles cells. Third, it claims to regulate hormones, proteins, and amino acids to encourage anabolism. Fourth, it tries prevent catabolism in the muscles by removing growth inhibitors. The fifth approach is activating satellite cells (whatever that means) and the sixth is increasing muscle fiber area.

But looking at these supposed results and mechanisms of actions, Anabolic Halo doesn’t try to explain what ingredients accomplish what results. That’s probably because some of these results can’t be produced with Anabolic Halo’s current ingredient offering. While several of their “platforms” appear substantiated, we like to see them all be validated.

Is Anabolic Halo Effective?

Several of the ingredients in Anabolic Halo have been put through clinical studies and peer reviewed experiments to determine their effectiveness. Many of the ingredients proved very functional. But you need to ask, do they all work together. Anabolic Halo uses a proprietary blend which means they don’t tell you the amounts of each ingredient they put in. The problem with this is even the best ingredients can become useless if they are included in too small of a concentration or are overshadowed or negated by other components in the formula.

Is Anabolic Halo Safe?

From the reports we found, there have been no serious side effects linked to taking Anabolic Halo. We have however found accounts of minor things like nausea and diarrhea.

Conclusion

Anabolic Halo promises far too much without explaining how it will accomplish those results. However, several customer reports have shown that many of those using this product are satisfied with the results. A common complaint running throughout the majority of these reports is Anabolic Halo’s price. $70 is a bit much for any post-workout drink. Even if Anabolic Halo works fairly decently, you can find something just as effective for half the price. We’d recommend finding a more cost effective product.
