L-Glutamine – promotes muscle cell volume, muscle glycogen storage, nitrogen delivery and growth hormone production.
Creatine – is a new and proprietary creatine formula incorporating five – count them – five different creatine analogs (Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Alpha Keto Gluterate, TriCreatine Malate, Creatine Citrate, Magnesium Creatine Chelate) for optimum muscle creatine saturation. The science on creatine and muscle growth and strength spans volumes and this new formula rewrites the book on creatine supplementation.

Reviews
Like many similar blends on the market, this is a decent product. It’s not tremendously unique, but we do like the inclusion of beta alanine in the mix which you won’t get with many outdated compositions. If you want to pay the price, it’s not going to disappoint–but we can guarantee there are better products available.
