Chamomile Tea Benefits

Known for many benefits, chamomile tea supposedly promotes certain anti-inflammatory benefits, and of course it promotes relaxation and helps some to sleep. It has a gentle and nurturing effect, even relieving pain from eczema, burns, and other common skin conditions and other issues.

Of course, it is best use is as a natural sleep aid. But many have begun to report other benefits, saying that chamomile tea may also improve health, asthma, immune function to fight the common cold, etc. And it doesn’t seem to have any side effects, even with long term use.

Some choose to use chamomile tea, not necessarily thinking of all of the health benefits, including its ability to promote relaxation. But most use it as a natural sleep aid or a remedy for anxiety. But realistically it has many other benefits that might surprise some depending on what you have or have not heard about chamomile tea before.
