ChitoLite doesn’t exactly skimp on the details. According to ChitoLite, you are supposedly able to actively bind fats in the stomach and preventing weight gain and other similar problems. According to ChitoLite, it reshapes your life, which all sounds pretty typical.
ChitoLite promises healthy digestion, maximum fat binding ability, and the power to prevent a lot of future problems. But even though typical, that still sounds like a lot to handle, especially for something that is so singularly focused.
Does ChitoLite Promote Powerful Weight Loss Results?
ChitoLite uses Chitosan, Erythorbic acid, and Aloe ferox leaf. As complicated as 3 ingredients could sound, this is just as basic as you might think. It has one ingredient that has been purported to be an active fat blocker, but the other 2 ingredients are not considered to be weight loss ingredients. So you have to simply evaluate that one ingredient.
How Powerful is Chitosan?
Chitosan is a natural fat blocker that has not actually been extensively studied. Yes, there is one prescription fat blocker. But for whatever reason, most scientists seem to be less inclined to study fat blockers in general. Consumer reviews on other chitosan based products seem to be relatively positive, as long as those products use at least 500mg based on patterns so far.
ChitoLite on the other hand, uses a small proprietary blend around 300mg. This 300mg (approximately) proprietary blend is meant to cover all of the ingredients, not just chitosan. And at least in theory, if split equally, ChitoLite would have about 100mg of chitosan, not nearly enough to promote clinically proven fat blocking results.
Should You Use ChitoLite?
The likelihood is that ChitoLite will not cause side effects such as diarrhea or the runs. It is unlikely to contribute to serious problems. But I highly doubt that you would see any benefits, and even if ChitoLite did have 1g of chitosan, I highly doubt that it would be capable of blocking 90g of fat from your diet! A lot of what ChitoLite says is blatantly false, and you could easily do better.
