Reviews
The main premise that monster milk is selling is the easy-to-digest protein content combined with enzymes, BCAA’s, and 50 grams of protein. This is a great concern for many athletes who get sick to their stomach from consuming high protein content, particular of the whey variety. Reviews for this product have been mediocre to good, different users have experienced different results. We feel that 50 grams of protein is A LOT for one serving, and find that it would be nearly impossible for your body to implement all of that protein in one serving. With this product you definitely want to learn about supplementing around time. Post-workout there is a narrow window where your body can assimilate up to 40% more nutrients than otherwise. So if you do decide to take this powder, do so immediately after intense workout.
