Our Take
So while the blend takes a complete approach to workout nutrition, we’ve found that it’s lacking in a few variables that we would like to see. In truly complete blends of proteins we see a higher dose of protein, because 23 grams is definitely on the lower end of standard. We do like the collection of amino acids, BCAA’s, vitamins and minerals, though, so that is definitely a bonus of this blend. As a complete meal replacement it is definitely lacking. 190 calories per serving is not going to fuel a true athlete. And without the addition of waxy maize or other slow digesting soluble fiber, you aren’t going to stay full for very long or have extended amounts of energy. There are better blends on the market, so we advise you keep looking.
