Rather than saying Glyconitric In2 Workout can give you insane amounts of energy that will have you bouncing off the walls of your gym, STS Nutrition, the makers of Glyconitric In2 Workout, simply say that this supplement adequately prepares your body to workout.

STS claims that Glyconitric In2 Workout has all the carbohydrates and electrolytes you need to keep you well energized and well hydrated as you workout.

Glyconitric In2 Workout is also supposed to have muscle supporting ingredients that will ensure that you build strong, healthy muscles in response your workouts.

Ingredients

Even though we liked the simplicity behind Glyconitric In2 Workout, we can’t say that we’re completely sold on the follow-through behind this pre-workout supplement. In fact, you’re almost better off taking a Flintstones chewable than you are taking Glyconitric In2 Workout.

After looking at Glyconitric In2 Workout’s formula, we were surprised to see that a very large chunk of it was devoted to essential vitamins and minerals. Not to downplay the importance of these nutrients, but your pre-workout supplement should be quite a bit more powerful than a multivitamin.

We also saw a large amount of Arginine which is supposed to be able to increase your levels of Nitric Oxide. However, recent studies have shown that Arginine does nothing more for you than increases your urge to urinate. So unless you get your workout in by sprinting to and from the bathroom, we can’t see Arginine really working to your benefit.

Our Opinion

Even though we did see some Creatine in Glyconitric In2 Workout’s formula, we can’t say that there was enough to make it a powerful pre-workout supplement.

Glyconitric In2 Workout may be inexpensive when compared to other workout supplements, but even the cheapest product is not worth your money unless it is effective. All in all, we think there are many other pre-workout supplements that will be a more effective and better use of your time and money.
