“Cellucor has done it once again!” What? Has M5 Extreme created yet another product that doesn’t work? Has M5 Extreme created yet another workout supplement that causes stomach upset and other side effects?

There are some companies that you can trust and some you just can’t. Some have turned a new page, finally creating products that are worth the money and even reformulating old ones. And with “magnapower”, M5 Extreme obviously sounds appealing. But is M5 Extreme all that it’s cracked up to be? Only time can tell. Let’s look at the ingredients and see.

Ingredients & How M5 Extreme Works

M5 Extreme ingredients include Waxy Maize (Corn Starch), Taurine, BPOV (Bis (Picolinato) Oxovanadium), Creatine MagnaPower® Magnesium Creatine Chelate, Betaine HCl, GPA (Guanidinopropionic Acid), Arginine Alpha-Ketogluterate, Citruline Malate, Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Bacopa Dopa Mocha (Bacopa Monnieri Extract (Bacosides A & B), Mucana Pruriens Extract (L-Dopa), Caffeine, Theobromine 99%), Picamilon, Glucuronolacetone, and 1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCl

For a workout supplement that is supposed to “promote intense focus and explosive energy”, the M5 Extreme formula seems really small. It has 4 different blends. But each blend has only a few ingredients. Most workout supplements have at least 40 different ingredients for a reason! You need more BCAA’s, more amino acids, more fat burners, and more energy enhancers and recovery agents. But sometimes, simple is better.

Is M5 Extreme Effective?

While M5 Extreme keeps the ingredients list short, I will admit, M5 Extreme has some good ingredients. It has amino acids, and it has ingredients like creatine and citrulline malate, which can increase energy and muscle repair. Even with only a few ingredients, I can admit that M5 Extreme has potential.

My problem is with the fact that M5 Extreme also uses proprietary blends. It’s not uncommon, just about everybody does it. But that doesn’t make it right. Everybody does it, because if you haven’t noticed, most natural supplements don’t actually work! Most natural supplements don’t have the clinically proven amounts of anything, and even with the best ingredients, results are at unlikely at best.

Is M5 Extreme Safe?

M5 Extreme side effects include headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, facial flushing, insomnia, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and an elevated heartbeat.

Conclusion

Who is really surprised about M5 Extreme, raise your hand. If you’ve ever used a Cellucor product before, you know that most Cellucor products are typical, and most Cellucor supplements just don’t work. It’s just one of those unfortunate facts of life. But if you pay attention to history and pay attention to the facts, it’s not as hard as you may think to avoid junk products like this.

Tried M5 extreme pre workout, felt fine during workout…had no noticeable side effects during and lifted heavier than normal and seemed to have good endurance, however shortly after the workout, experience severe jitteryness and anxiety symptoms, which lasted a couple hours, then crashed hard with a painful headache after. I followed instructions perfectly. 1 scoop top and 1 scoop bottom. Side effects are NOT worth any potential gain from this product in my opinion.
