If you’re looking for a product that will make your “muscles explode with energy,” then you might want to take a look at Metabolic Pump.

This pre-workout supplement has been claimed to be the best way to fill your muscles with blood so that they’re rock hard and ready to work hard. Because we know how important healthy blood flow is to an effective workout, we decided to look into Metabolic Pump to see what it could really offer.

The Good

The makers of Metabolic Pump, MRM, have promised this pre-workout supplement to be able to maximize the volume of your blood vessels, thereby increasing your body’s ability to absorb nutrients and even double your stamina.

MRM claims that Metabolic Pump can increase your levels of Nitric Oxide so that the walls of your blood vessels will be more relaxed and thus wider. This has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to increase energy levels as well as stamina.

Metabolic Pump includes Citrulline Malate, an amino acid that is found in the rinds of watermelons. Even though watermelons aren’t usually known for their ability to increase your size and strength, this amino acid has been found to increase your stamina.

Citrulline Malate is an intermediary in the urea cycle, which means that it helps you get rid of harmful compounds such as ammonia and lactic acid. The buildup of lactic acid is one of the biggest detriments to your workout and can cause you to get less and less effective.

With Citrulline Malate, you’ll be able to work harder for longer without feeling the burn or fatigue that you would have before.

The Bad

Although Metabolic Pump has a good approach to increasing your stamina, we didn’t see anything that would give you the explosive energy that MRM promises.

Most pre-workout supplements have a good dose of natural stimulants, helping you go into your workout with the most energy as possible, but Metabolic Pump has nothing of the sort.

Even though we did see some Creatine Monohydrate which can help deliver energy to your muscles, we didn’t see anything that would immediately help you feel pumped about hitting the weights.

The Skinny

Despite the fact that Metabolic Pump has some intriguing ingredients, we aren’t extremely impressed by this product. Not only did we see spelling errors all over its website, but MRM also has some conceptual errors about Metabolic Pump.
