This is a thoughtful blend that was well-crafted to ensure the most assimilation possible for all ingredients involved. It’s received stunning reviews by customers and has been raved about as great tasting and effective. We appreciate that there is not a lot of excess junk in this blend that makes it fairly clean. Without junk ingredients you aren’t going to get as many needless side-effects. Our only problem with this product is that it’s SO high in protein. The body has a hard time assimilating more than 30 grams of protein at a time, and with 50 hanging around in this product per serving, we feel anxious about recommending it. Those extra 20 grams could very well be going to waste, which makes the price of this product less appealing. Whatever you choose, just ensure you drink lots of water.
