NAPALM by Muscle Warfare is a pre-workout supplement designed to boost metabolism, expand muscle tissues, enhance testosterone production, and assists in nitric oxide production. There are lots of pre-workout blends on the market that claim to do all of these things, so what sets Muscle Warfare’s NAPALM apart?

How These Work: BCAA’s, or branched-chain amino acids assist the body in repair of muscle tissue and energy retention. Enzymes are essential for the assimilation of nutrients into the body. Beta alanine is the precursor to carnosine, a vital fiber thickening agent in muscle tissue–helping prevent lactic acid build-up and fatigue. And last but not least–acetyl-l-carnitine (a personal favorite) is a neuro-enhancing amino acid that helps support the brain and neuro-transmitters.
This product seems to be lacking in ingredient-amounts–and seems overworked as far as ingredient complexity. If they simplified this blend, increased the good ingredients, and left out a lot of the filler ingredients, we could see this being a strong product. We really like the BCAA blend, the inclusion of beta alanine, the enzyme blend, and the acetyl-l-carnitine. All these ingredients are proven to work and also work synergistically.
Our Take
There are definitely better-thought out products on the market, but NAPALM has received some positive reviews. Customers definitely feel a “pump” for their workout, which is an important element to a pre-workout blend. Our beef comes with the over complicated ingredient composition, and we feel that many of the fillers will actually hurt athletes long-term. There are certainly cleaner, more holistic approaches to take on the market that are much more cost-effective.
