Neurocore is Muscletech’s newest pre-workout blend that is designed specifically to enhance mental stimulation along with physical endurance. How does it work, and will this product impress us?
Ingredient Index & How It Works
The driving ingredients in this product are: L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, and Geranium Robertianum.
One scoop provides you with:
1,067mg of Beta-Alanine — Beta-Alanine is considered by many the new “creatine” in the sports nutrition industry. It works as a pre-cursor to carnosine, the amino acid shown to thicken muscle fibers, preventing fatigue by resisting the effects of lactic acid.
1,000mg of L-citrulline — Our bodies change L-citrulline into another amino acid called L-arginine and also to nitric oxide. It might help increase the supply of ingredients the body needs to making certain proteins, and also help open up veins and arteries to improve blood flow and reduce blood pressure.
1,000mg of Creatine HCI — Creatine works as a stimulant to the body’s ATP cycle. When creatine is present the body is better able to increase power and strength through workouts, and also better able to heal itself.
177mg of Geranium extract — Works similarly to caffeine by heating up the body’s core temperature, boosting metabolism and burning fat.
110mg of Caffeine — A psycho-active stimulant that helps increase metabolism and provide the mind with mental energy.
33mg Rhodiola extract — Rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb that provides greater mental performance and greater physical endurance to decreased fatigue in strenuous circumstances.
17mg Deanol Bitartrate (supplying DMAE) and 1.7mg Vinpocetine.
We are very impressed by this blend. Muscletech has made a smart move by getting on the Beta-Alanine train, shown to be the most effective pre-workout ingredient on the market right now.
Reviews
Muscletech has a reputation for providing decently formulated products, but this one far extends itself. It hasn’t been made available yet, so we aren’t sure how customers will review the product, and its almost impossible to find a price for the product, but knowing Muscletech–it will probably be on the pricey side.
