NutriMirror

If you’re on a low carb diet, maybe you want to know how many carbs you’re eating. Calories don’t really matter. But for the rest of us, we’re mainly looking at our calorie count, and NutriMirror gives you a way to measure both. Certain low carb diets are now cutting calories too. But NutriMirror measures diet, exercise, weight, and a lot of other things if you put the information into the system. That’s a big if for some of us. But assuming you are honest, put all of the information in, no matter how damaging, and don’t add extra exercise, how does NutriMirror work?

How Accurate is NutriMirror?

NutriMirror lists hundreds of different exercises and hundreds of different food choices. And after researching a few different sites and comparing and contrasting, it seems that NutriMirror has relatively accurate numbers to give you a basic idea as long as you get the portion sizes, time, speed, and other things right. For example, if you’re running 5mph, you wouldn’t get the right numbers if you said you were running 6mph. It also calculates numbers partly depending on your weight. What’s the true impact with all of this honesty in mind?

Is NutriMirror Challenging?

I know of some people who have made serious lifestyle changes and lost quite a bit of weight after using NutriMirror. Most were highly unaware of just how much they were actually eating, and most overestimated daily exercise habits. It happens to the best of us, and obviously it’s important to have an accurate view on things.

Recognizing the problem is the first step to making a change. If you don’t know there’s a problem, how could you possibly be expected to adjust your habits. Obviously, most know that sneaking a McDonalds Big Mac is bad. But sometimes, it’s small things that you don’t necessarily think of.

Is NutriMirror Safe?

From what I’ve seen, NutriMirror does not make any unsafe recommendations. So if you follow the plan and take recommendations into consideration, you probably will not experience any serious side effects or other major problems.

Conclusion

If NutriMirror charged anything, I would not recommend it. Simply put, there are plenty of free products that do the same thing. And why pay for something that you don’t have to? But NutriMirror is free. So you don’t have to worry about it.
