Power Crunch protein bars are a uniquely light blend of protein and glutamine that help to assist athletes in their protein intake needs or as a great addition to meals, in-between meals, or anytime. Our mission was to try them for ourselves and to compare them with other protein bars on the market, most of which are full of sugar and fat, not ideal for the health-conscious individual. Will Power Crunch be different than the rest?
Ingredient Index
The main component that makes Power Crunch unique is their Proto Whey complex. Proto Whey is a micro-peptide whey is an elite protein mix that has a low molecular weight, making it easier to absorb into the system. The problem with so many protein supplements (including shakes) is that the protein involved in the blends is hard to digest, absorb, and essentially impossible for the body to assimilate into its system. Proto Whey is a great approach to protein absorption because it is so refined.
Power Crunch has fifteen grams of protein–a wonderful assistant to those who need to increase their daily intake. Another great attribute to Power Crunch is that its low in sugar and fat. Only five grams of sugar per serving and four grams of fat, which is essentially unheard of in the protein bar world, where most blends attempt to crowd in as many non-essential sugars and fats as possible to cover up their bad flavor.
They Taste Amazing
We were surprised to find how delightfully scrumptious Power Crunch is. It really is just like eating a plain old wafer cookie (and for those who know better, wafer cookies ain’t plain…they are perfect). These bars go down easy, and are a wonderful dessert after a meal or a great snack in-between meals.
Reviews
Power Crunch is a popular product because of its great flavor, low glycemic index, and powerful protein boost. We highly recommend it to our readers over most protein bars because there isn’t a whole lot of junk involved in this product. Go ahead, enjoy!
