To be honest, this product seems a bit like a joke. We like the philosophy applied: yes, insulin proprietors are a good idea if you want to gain muscle mass, but there is no conclusive evidence that either of the ingredients in this product lead to insulin increase. At best, this product is a good source for regulating blood sugar and supporting your immune system, and even there is seems a bit sketchy.
